Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer, but we will always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are for free all over Lebanon. Estimated delivery times are:

- Local Shipping (Lebanon): 3-5 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within Lebanon's borders. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at episodeleb@gmail.com or +961 76 117 768 so we can resolve the issue. Claims for damaged items must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
